With over 16 years of experience in the Maryland theatre scene, Jake Schwartz is a seasoned professional who has made his mark as an actor, director, and designer at both the community and professional levels. A proud graduate of the University of Maryland, Jake holds a degree in Theatrical Education and a teaching license, combining his extensive theatrical knowledge with a passion for educating and mentoring aspiring performers.
His career, marked by a Ruby Griffith Award for excellence in the arts, reflects a deep commitment to the theatre community. In addition to his coaching work, Jake currently serves in an administrative role for American University's arts-based programs, where he helps shape the future of the arts through educational leadership.
